From the coast to the cup
We work directly with growers across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, paying well above commodity to secure the lots we love. Each green coffee is roasted within days of service and rested, never rushed.
Our baristas train for months before they touch the bar — water chemistry, extraction, dial-in by the half-degree. The obsession is the point, because you can taste it.

The most beautiful café in St. Pete, full stop. The tasting flight at the bar felt like a special occasion — and the beans I shipped home were just as good.
I subscribe to their monthly roast and order online constantly. Ships within two days of roasting and the packaging is gorgeous. This is what coffee on the coast should be.
Came for a flat white, stayed for the after-dark espresso martinis. The room is stunning and every single staff member knows their craft.
